Outside Events at the Stadium

War Memorial Stadium can host a number of events outside the stadium itself.  From auto racing to concerts, the stadium has hundreds of thousands of square feet of parking lot space to use.  

East Lot

The East lot is the larger of the two with 275,000 square feet of paved surface. It is large enough to host auto racing and concerts big enough to accommodate 10,000 people. The East lot has hosted boat shows, basketball tournaments, and Car Wars.

West Lot

The West lot is located on the press box side of the stadium and is boxed in by War Memorial Golf Course. The lot is the smaller of the two and can display trucks for new products, trade shows, and small concerts.
