Parkinson's Foundation Moving Day

A day to move, a day to move others, a day that moves you!

Moving Day Little Rock is a celebration of movement that will feature a free family friendly walk course, a kids area, and a caregivers relaxation tent. Moving Day 2019's special Movement Pavilion will feature yoga, dance, Tai Chi, Pilates, and more, which are all proven to help manage the symptoms of Parkinson's Disease.
